Power Rangers – Der Film
For the theatrical film "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie" (1995), a dedicated Movie Zord line was released. Technically and structurally, these Zords were completely identical to the regular Deluxe line from the TV series – the only difference was the packaging (box), which was specially adapted to the movie. Shapes, colors, functions, and combination options were the same as the series versions.
So in my view, these aren't standalone variants but regular Zords with movie-themed special packaging.

Turbo – Der Power Rangers Film
For the film "Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie" (1997), a dedicated Movie Zord line was released – just like with the first theatrical film. The Zords essentially matched the regular Turbo Deluxe line from the TV series; the differences were mainly in the packaging (box), while the Zords themselves were functionally and structurally identical.
Here too, I don't consider the Movie Zords to be standalone variants, but rather regular Turbo Zords with movie-specific packaging.

Power Rangers
The reboot theatrical film "Power Rangers" (2017) came with its own standalone Dino Megazord design. Unlike the two older theatrical films, this really is a new, movie-exclusive Zord – fitting for the modern reinterpretation of the series.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always
The Netflix special "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Always" (2023) was released for the series' 30th anniversary. As far as is known, no dedicated, movie-exclusive DX Zord was released for it; the special featured the classic Mighty Morphin Zords.
So it's only listed here for the sake of completeness, without any collectibles of its own.
